Found a scenic lake with clear ice last week just as a squall hit. As the snow deepened, the experience became ever more like powder skiing. Hiking up created acceleration as the belly of the boat cleared the snow. Not that blowing through drifts at 40MPH in "low mode" wasn't fun as well.
Am surprised more boaters don't wear the Mustang suit. Even if I'm lucky enough to never take a plunge, it's still a great cold weather coverall.
