This hockey crisis has come at the worse possible time IMO, what with Sam Hamman pouring millions into Cardiff City.
Now, kids have the chance of watching the best Cardiff City team in years try and get into the top divisions, or they could watch (and even you must admit) one of the worse Cardiff Devils teams ever play in a lower league, and not even be near the top of that league.
If you hadnt been to a hockey game before - which would you to choose to go and watch ?
If they dont go and watch the games in the first place - they arent going to go and want to play the game either.
Thats why IMO it is important for us in Cardiff to ideally have an ISL team, at the least the best BNL team.
I dont think Bob/Brian can deliver either of these to us.
