So, enlighten me - how is this clause worded? - have you actually seen it?.
Reading between the lines does this mean that uncle Bob hasn't really sold the rink, but has merely sub-let it to BC, letting him use it but still keeping overall ownership.
I can't think of any other way that such a clause could exist. Do you know any different?.
I'm very interested. Many of my friends believe that BP has already left or will soon be on his way. Is this not true either?.
