I respect you because you are obviously trying to find the 'middle ground' so that a deal can be brokered between the two sides. (maybe even you would agree the majority and the minority)

You are no fool and must realise by now that no deal can be achieved whilst BP has anything to do with the rink. Be honest, even Gary Stefan wouldn't allow him to have a team when he first applied!.

Like myself. there are also many, many people who wouldn't go near the rink as long as BC is there either, because they see him as a man with no control, merely a puppet of BP.

The current deadlock only exists because BC can't prove there is no link - and lets face it, all the evidence to date seems to be against him. How come he hasn't been to an away match yet, but BP has been to them all?.

There are a handful of posters on this site which might argue otherwise, but they lose all credibility as soon as people realise that most of them are either related to current players, or just bitterly opposed to ISL, or just plain offensive (Eddie Hitler)

I accept that a handful of ex-Devils fans have gone into the rink - because some of these were my friends. But as I say, these were a handful, and thats all.

The current team might gain some credibility if BP/BC get out (ie by handing the lease straight back to the Council) but at this late stage of the game, even this is a long shot.

IF there is no hockey at all in Cardiff, it will only be THEM to blame. The fact is that MOST fans lost their team last April. The current team has little credibility. You are saddly kidding yourdelves if you think any different.

Personally, I long to see a proper Devils side play again, whatever league that might be in. And if there are Welsh boys in that side, then all the better, so long as they are up to the job and not just a transparent marketing ploy.

WHEN the current team fails - no-one can say they weren't fore-warned. Once bitten, twice shy as the 'real' Devils might say. Parents in particular should bear this in mind.
