AVS - Anti Virus Software. You should try some DM, it saves a lot of trouble. There's even some great free ones out there on the net.
Like it or not once someone's PC gets infected with a virus like Sircam or Nimda (the two REALLY prevelant ones at the moment) there's not a lot the user can do to stop it getting transmitted.
