1. Is there any provision in the sale agreement affecting the further sale of shares in Reds Properties Limited?

3. Is there any declaration of trust or any other instrument splitting the legal and equitable ownership of the shares in Reds Properties Limited?
4. Is Bob Phillips or his wife still a director of Reds Properties Limited?
There are also other less formal ways that could mean that the transfer of the legal ownership of the shares will not determine whether Bob Phillips has retained a say in the ownership or running of the company.
