Would this be an acceptable compromise (I'm just thinking aloud here...)
IF RWPL is returned to BP's control and the new consortium are paying Phillips "rent/cut of the takings/whatever" as part of their "management contract":
Have a clause written into the contract that takes a significant portion of this money into another bank account which would be used to pay the players and all other creditors of Celtic Leisure (Cymru) PLC (the comany that owes everyone everything). When the debts PLUS INTEREST are cleared, BP gets to keep all of the money.
