I have no links with the Lib Dems at present I worked for them on a fixed term contract to help them win two elections and left on August 31 1999.
I did not know the press release had been issued. The first time I read it was on the FOD site.
I did not write it.
I have met Mr Berman once with other parties representative present and I declared an interest to those parties that I once worked for the leader of the Scottish Lib Dems then Jim Wallace QC MP MSP who is now Justice Minister and Deputy First Minister for Scotland. In Wales before I left in 1998 I had close links to the Labour Party.
I am a member of no political Party.
As you know I am a specialist in crisis managment, media and communication.
My role here is to help resolve a very difficult situation and I won't be happy until it and the Fans are in the Rink and that Cardiff's business community are not unduly influenced and misled.
There is a massive misinformation campaign here and as a communications professional I feel I have a duty to expose such matters to public glare. I am sorry that none of the opportunities that have presented themselves to solve this issue have been taken up.
I think we all know why. Any independent person who has examined the evidence. Has so far found this to be the case.
I would suggest a full investigation by the Welsh Assembly of all the issues would not be a waste of time and suggest all FODs etc should write to their AMs asking for this to go ahead.
