Response to Wrong-diddly-wrong-wrong |
| Thought I'd better show my face on here after all I've said on the other forums - so here I am (still Charisma and not BP or anyone else). Which leads me to my first point -
1. Its really annoying when people don't even believe that you are who you say you are - the FODs annoy me because they are paranoid.
2. The FODs annoy me because THEY are the ones destroying hockey in Cardiff and ruining current players careers/finances - seems hypocritical to me.
3. The FODs annoy me because they take everything so personally and cant discuss this without slinging abuse about (maybe not all of them).
So, even though I started out thinking they were right, I am being turned slowly against them, and I dont think i'm the only one.
So you don't mind BNL hockey you say, ok so you've got it (but you're not happy).
You wanted BP out, you got it (but you're not happy). Ok ok so you reckon he's not out completely but does it really really matter that much.
It seems there ARE people in Cardiff willing to support and watch the current team but they are being made to feel bad about that and they have done nothing wrong. They just want to watch their local hockey team. I feel even more sorry for people who are being told 'we wont forget this' and 'you'll not be welcome here' for helping with the current team. Its just not fair at all.
To be honest - I dread to think what would happen if 'you' got 'your rink' back. I reckon you'd have less chance of success than BP with your current popularity status and dictative methods.
Now I must point out that this is not aimed at any one person in particular. I am sure that each individual feels strongly that they've been wronged in some way. I just can't quite see what it is thats annoyed you so much.
And at the end of the day, there are more than two sides to this. You don't necessarily have to be an FOB if you're not an FOD. There are some people who do think BP is wrong and do refuse to watch the hockey but they are not going to take it to extremes and try to hurt even more innocent people.
I'll end with just the one question that I can't seem to grasp and that is 'What did BP do that was so wrong and what are you afraid he will do to any future team?'
Ok, so he couldnt afford to pay the players last year -well thats because the club ran out of money. That happens all the time to other clubs but the players sort it through the courts. And he decided Cardiff could only afford BNL hockey this year. True enough obviously - he couldn't afford to pay last years team of ISL players, so obviously something had to be done. What is wrong with any of that?
I was gonna say i was bored with this argument and i'm not gonna post anymore but it gets me every time! I'm really really really trying to understand it. | |
