For those of you who have access to this forum I decided to publish a little renegade journalisim. I'm not sure why but it seems that I can only broadcast this message at certain times and only for a period of five minutes at a time. I can speculate to why this is later in the article, but for now I have some interesting news for you about the state of the CCW.
As you know, Kveldulf the Reaver has been appointed by John Marlow to investigate security measures in the CCW. His focus has been secretive to say the least, only tid bits of information have leaked through. This is what I can tell you now.
The investigations around the CCW have been centered around the mysterious death and return of Devilz Child. Other reports connect a possible relationship to the terrorist attacks and the rise of Undead Enigma. Theories are swimming around about Gabriel Sands who seems to be shadowing Devilz Child. The connections to this growing conspiracy and the explainations to how these events are being compounded are pending via Reavers investigations.
Our magic sources here at the House have reported numerous disturbances and imbalances surrounding President Enigma's offices and mountain fortress. The source tells me that the disturbances are ritualistic in their nature and that the forces surrounding them have great potential to upset the natural flow of magic.
What this could mean in the coming days, months, and hours, can only be speculated at this point.
The word inside CCW is that the force is that of the returning Sickness faction, a cultist group bent on plaguing the known world. What is clear is this. Hellish power has returned and is centering around the CCW. Undead Enigma, Devilz Child, Specter, have all been targeted for some reason.
The House has a contingency plan developing to counter this alledged evil, but I can not elaborate on it at this time.
OK, thats all I have that's offical news. But it's been too quiet for too long. I have been sending reports out, but only peices of them are getting through. So I did something risky. I went out and pirated a bunch of jamming equiptment. I figured out who was intercepting me and my messages to all of you. The ones responsible for the creeping silence are none other than the CCW's President Enigma and his strange mountain force. IT seems that when I crossed the tracing equiptment to the jamming signal it lead me right to the source, which is that damned black mountain! So here is the deal, I'll send the vital info at least once a month always on a different signal thanks to the trillions of coded combinations I now have access to. That means I'll be reaching you and there's nothing President Enigma can do about it aside from kill me, which I know Reaver won't let happen.
Anyway if you see Enigma out there in person be sure to filp him off for me firestarters, and let him know that he can't stop freedom and the truth from brightening your darkend rooms. As long as the House of Ivory is out there he won't control everything.
