This new card Swipe thing

How does it work, You buy a card for £3.50,and that's yours for the season. You then e-mail, phone or turn up in person at the ticket office( which is a stupid name cos there ain't gonna be a ticket)anyway,you pay and they put a "pass" on your card for the games you paid for.You then can enter the ground on the day of the games you paid for using your season card in the new swipe machines.
My problem is, Who tells me where my frigging seat is?
