Search here for info or at the Renegades- I'll check my basement- I cannot remember if I picked up another and have a spare again- I bought my first one for over $50, and then another for $30...split the difference and sold to a forum member.
Then I fell on 3 brand new ones for $25 total I think it was- I sold them for $20 each to forum members to basically cover cost plus shipping...
If continental US and I do have another- I'd let it go for $30 shipped...email my linked address on my name here...might be a day or two before I reply as I use this for Spam and check weekly.
I may even have the 49-58mm step you'll need for it, if you do not have one... When the front element is removed- it is a High quality 8+ macro lens, and takes 62mm filters... the tube is 62mm and about 6" long and has slide and negative attachments/holders.
I think camera in non macro and at about 185mm gave great results with the D and A series.
FYI- I copied my father's slide collection a bit differently back with the D7 years ago, and had planned to return and copy better the ones I really wanted, but what I had done served the purpose- I basically set the camera 1m from a screen and had the projector right below and in front projecting onto White 11x17 paper that I custom White balanced to, and had camera in MF to just fill the frame with image... then had two remotes in hand and went through the 36 holders of 60/80 slides a piece over a 5 night stretch...there was minor focusing on the projector at times, and I also exposure compensated now and then with the camera.
I did a quick search and found this- http://www.network54.com/Forum/151930/message/1176094758/Old+post+with+some+info---my+past >
