MRW files in Photoshop

Ok, has anyone seen a Photoshop action that applies just the right amount of sharpening?

I am importing via Camera Raw and finishing up in PS (CS3 Extended).

I'm weaning myself off of the Minolta software and it's just this one last detail that has me stumped.
