I found an old 1:1 slide duplicator tube from film days. It had a lens in the middle of the tube. I only used the front half of the tube (with the slide holder attachment). The rear of this front half was threaded so I use a stepping ring to attach the Minolta close up lens (CL4). I zoom my A200 to full telephoto and but it in macro mode and then attach the close up lens with the front half of the duplicator tube attached. Works great.
