Ok, has anyone seen a Photoshop action that applies just the right amount of sharpening?

I am importing via Camera Raw and finishing up in PS (CS3 Extended).

I'm weaning myself off of the Minolta software and it's just this one last detail that has me stumped.

I recommend Scott Kelby and Matt Koskowski's "The Photoshop Elements 6 Book", pp. 72-76. For those who have other questions about Photoshop, I suggest you look at Kelby's books. They are extremely informative, with nice illustrations. I have learned a lot from his "Elements 6" book.
