12 is a good size league. I've been in as big as 16. The easiest draft is a snake draft but there are others also. You can check out espn.com or yahoo-a lot is explained. I'll try to get down to Reds when you guys are meeting and run thru it with you.

we still need bout 4 guys so all intrested are welcome ..Were meeting up at the super bowl this sunday at hoffman park are team sponser bar is real close to the field im going back there after i c a little game.Thats also where the draft will be. You can bring some $$ and secure you spot . ALL the $$$ will go to cash prizes. If we do 100$ leauge it look like this :
1100$ total (i get free ride standard 4 rep)
4 teams playoff pay out 200$
super bowl runner up pay out 400$
Super bowl winner 500$

2 6 man divsions
2 divsion winners make playoffs
plus 2 wild cards
4 teams make playoffs
