Ted Minissale
Carey Construction/Irish's Tavern

3 great TD catches, the last being the game winner with under 2 minutes left in what was essentially a must win game for us. Did it against a tough Quigleys defense.

Quinn is 100% the player of the week after making those catches, in a game the Outlawz were very much in.

Its not just about about the 3 tds...its how those tds were caught as well...stretching above 2 defenders in double coverage not to mention the one handed grab in dbl coverage as well. Money all day long!! Marquinn has my vote as well!!

With 7 STARTERS MISSING and 1 injured early, Jesse Miner rushed back from a wedding, arriving with 5:00 left, and with 10 seconds left used every ounce of his 6'4" 225lb monster mass to catch a 25 yard TD between 3 defenders, and ripped it out of the hands of a fourth, and keep TCF as the ONLY undefeated team in Schenectady.

Great Game Fire! Great teams find a way to win, and EVERYONE will be there next week!

I'd also like to nominate Keith VanVeghten QB for Jersen Construction. 3 TD Passes (last one the game winner with 30 seconds left), no interceptions thrown, 1 TD Rushing, 2pt conv Rushing, 1pt conv Rushing, and had a interception on defense to seal the game. All this against a top 5 ranked team in the C's (Gotbeer.com).

Bartlett, stop trying to pad Keith's stats so he'll keep throwing you the ball,j/k. Great game, way to step up.

Also like to say great game to Gotbeer.com, neither team quit yesterday and both sides played a hard, clean game. You guys have a really talented and balanced squad that could make a lot of noise come playoff time. Goodluck the rest of the way.

Everyone shouldnt sleep on our Safety, I know everyone wants to give it to an offensive player, But Joey Tropiano had 2 more interceptions, making it EIGHT on the year in three games, EIGHT PICKS IN THREE GAMES....not to mention our running game had about 200 yards....

Rob get off of Quinns' jock bro! Holy crap Quinn, can you even breath? Just kidding Rob! Good game boys. See you next week. On another note to piggyback off of what Simon said his brother Jessie had one of the most spectacular catches that I've ever seen! I was centering and got to witness the ball being released to the endzone in a crowd of what seemed to be like around 5 guys in a chaotic mess of a crowd and I remember thinking sh$t there's no way he's gonna catch that. Then low and behold when the dust settled the ref raised both arms up to signal the touchdown and I was absolutely floored. He literally tore the ball from what was a sure interception and came down with it. Jessie you are my hero! He might not have had the numbers because he was there late but he definitely gets my vote. Rob you guys have a bit of a dilemma next week. Who do you double up on Jessie (6'4") with that massive concentration of his or do you double up on Brooks also I believe around 6'4" or 6'5" and his incredible leaping ability or do you double up on Hoffman at 6'5" or 6'6" like it really matters with hands of gold and softer than a newborns' butt. Things that make you go hmmmm! Anyway, good luck to you guys next week. It should be a barnstormer of a game. Definitely "SCHENECTADY GAME OF THE WEEK".
