I have been having a terrible time with these people too.I have been trying to get my visascreen and through one mess-up after another by the folks at CGFNS,I still am waiting for it.They are rude and don't know anything about the visascreen process.They act like they do but you find out later that they don't.I asked the same question to three separate representatives and got a different answer each time.You are told specific information on your file and then you find out it's false.The people who answer the phones are just that,PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THE PHONES. My advice to anyone going through the visascreen process is to keep calling them and keep checking the website.To do this,go to the CGFNS website and then go to "check your Status".You will have to get a password to do this but it's not difficult.I've run out of hair to pull out of my head so now I've switched to just hitting my head on the wall.Good luck and try to be patient,unlike myself. | |
