for about 8 days or so I crammed from the moment I woke up, till bed time.
I made it the goal to entirely go through my Mosby nclex review book. I ended up doing every other question, so it was like going through only half the book. I didnt quite make my goal of finishing, but I was pretty close. My brain though, felt saturated. On the day of the test, I made a vow to not study at all. My test was at 5pm. I felt like all this studying had helped me sharpen my critical thinking. I felt like I could interpret the answers when I took the test. Honestly though, when I walked out of the test center I really felt confused as to if I really passed. But four days later, I went to the state board website and punched in my name and amazingly a license number came up next to it. I was an RN!!

I recommend a late test. Mine was at 5pm. In case you have insomnia the night before, You can nap during the day if needed. When I went to the test center I was very rested, I had eaten a good breakfast, lunch, and snack and didnt feel rushed. I think an early test would have rushed me and stressed my stomach, etc.
