that since the lottery was introduced UGA's avg. FR's class rank, GPA, and SAT score has gone up. You can make a case that they aren't related, but I think that's going to be difficult.
If nothing else, the Lottery has made getting in UGA more competitive. If you're getting better students you will have a better school.
