Thanks for your heartening response - am one of those unfortunate affected parties, on the wrong side of the fence.
Is there any forum of such affected parties - who are willing to fight this out ? or mobilise opinion thereof of the draculian provisions of this ordinance ?
Further I understand that this ordinance is to be introduced in Parliament - what is the current status and when it would be made as a bill ?
What is the position in the Supreme court - when this case would come up for further judicial review ?
