Our bankers have indeed proved to be "Discerning" by having initiated the take over of a Motel near the Poona - Mumbai route as published in the Newspapers as a test case wherein the recovery was Rs. 10 Crores
Any comments and the status of the Supreme Court case ?
which were due to come up for hearing during the Second week of Nov.'02
