How to calculate the IO-Asset?

Hello,

whereever I found some information about the IO-Asset, these articles were partly superficial and I haven't found
a calculation model.

I would be were pleased to get a link or an excel-spreadsheet, anything which could enable me to
calculate the figures.

Could anyone out there, help me?
