my name is Alessio Testi, I am an Italian student of corporate finance at Bocconi University of Milan: I am about writing a diploma thesis about securitization.
I am writing you asking for an help in finding any information about this topic. I am trying to analyze securitization with an innovative approach, analyzing the securitization of non common assets (where for common assets I intend mortgages).
I would need to be in touch with some professionals, that could show me the alternatives that the securitization market offers.
I would like also to examine the reasons that moves an industrial firm (not a bank) in implementing a securitization.
