I ( for my company) want to securitise future cashflows(consistent annual lease payments for 10 years)to obtain a lumpsum payment in the very first year. This lumsump payment to be utilised for a pre-determined purpose.
I require some inputs on following:
1. Broad heads to be included in Agreement between originator and lender
2. Taxation issues that may be looked into
3. Roles and responsibility of SPV
Inputs on above would be valuable to me
