Does anyone know if it is possible to obtain a True Sale Legal Opinion for a CDO Mortgage REIT when the loan collateral in the CDO Trust is consolidated under SFAS 140 and FIN 46R and treated as a secured financing?
Doe it make any sense to get a TS in this situation?
