Issues concerning Borrower during cmbs structuring

Hi,
cuurently I am wrting my thesis concerning the impact
for the organisation of engaging a cmbs.
this is from a private investors' view. All the literature
seems concerned about the servicer, lender, trustee and
investors. Has anybody thought abot the impact on the
orgaisation and people working with a private investor
entering a CMBS?
This is also the topic of my thesis for the Amsterdam
School of Ral Estate.
