Trust laws give various powers

by Vinod Kothari (no login)

Trust law contains various powers to compel the trustees to do the needful - they may be compelled to execute the deed, specifically perform, and if all fails, the beneficiaries may apply to the Court to have proper trustees appointed. Failing to serve beneficiary interest is a breach of trust (UTI is above all this - they have a separate law backing them up!)
