'More experimental' as opposed to 'less experimental' - thus assuming there is a tradition of the 'experimental' - however any tradition can only be based on what is considered a 'classics' of the time - thus any quantitative factor to the 'experimental' reduces 'experimental' to 'requiring at the same time refer to the tradition' (in order to apply a proper quantitative factor)i.e. 'more\less experimental' means simply 'not standing alone on its own' which is indeed the case with 1-3
