Sir Lord Baltimore should have been huge!

"Kingdom Come" is one of the holy grails of hard rock/metal history and is an absolutely phenomenal album. I consider 'Sir Lord Baltimore' to be one of the earliest "American" metal bands. It's a real shame that these guys didn't get more exposure because I think they really could have competed against Zeppelin and Sabbath for hard rock supremacy. Their primary flaw however was "consistency". Their followup second album just wasn't anywhere near as good as their debut whereas Zeppelin and Sabbath continued making albums just as good as their debuts if not better.

So, I obviously have Sir Lord Baltimore's albums and enjoy them quite a bit.

I will check out "Spirit Caravan" though. I know of them but haven't gotten around to checking 'em out. Thanks for the recommendation.
