I knew it was closed, but I wanted to see all of it I could, per Sideshow's instructions.. He was absolutely right..
Also, I rode Lolo pass on Friday, and yesterday a guy on ADV got to the top and it was snowed in again..
Bighorn's Granite Pass on 14 was beautiful, and also cold... Heated grips, vest and I was comfy, but if I didn't have those things it would have been a cold ride..
The pass on 14A was still closed, though..
On your way out, at Gillette jump on US14 to Sheridan.. 100 miles of great roads, scenery, almost the same speed as interstate but much more fun!! Great detour that Sleddog told me about, and it's worth the extra 15 minutes that it takes over riding the interstate.. Dumps you right back on I-90 at Sheridan..
