Back when I ate
High Plains Drifter
a lot of pizza, and ordered it the way I wanted it:
Thin Crust,crisp & brown, not burned on the bottom.
Italian sausage, peperoni, mushrooms,and onions, the standard cheese was fine.
I liked to hear it sizzle on top as they brought it to the table, maybe the onions and mushrooms burned just a bit.
That's pizza to me, the thick crusts,pan crusts, and cheese stuffed crust, were all just marketing, they added different texture etc, but I like the basics
Unfortuantely age has caused my digestive system to really punish me after a good pizza, so it's mostly memories for me.
