but to be honest, a Guzzi engine makes an Evo look like a GSXR1000 in complexity. Rubber mounting isn't needed if you splay that V out to 90 degrees, and then you can get TWO carbs in there to get more fuel and air to that rear cyl since its running hotter than the front, or better yet, rotate it so that it stays cool, then youc an cam the hell out of it and get a bunch more power without giving up reliability. And heck, since you're making new cases for the new V angle, then go ahead and make it a 1 piece crank with plain bearings. If you do it all right, you'd have an engine so simple that youc an remove the crankshaft with the engine still in the frame even!
