but I do realize that from a design standpoint the evo is superior. Hell, having the jugs, cyls and heads all from the same material means heat expansion is not nearly as much of an issue. LOVED the red and black one that I put the hack on for Grunt and the one I put the hack on for Rod (Rods had a big inch S and S though). Grunts '88 EVo, for me would be one of the finest two-up touring bikes ever made. BUT, since a good chunk of my riding will always be solo, and I love tearing up the twisties, another Guzzi makes more sense if its going to be an only bike. If I had a budget for multiple bikes though, I'd have a Evo E glide for two-up riding and a V7 Clasic for solo riding.
