The 2011 IBR was a ripoff to any that paid the entry fee and that IS a Fact. I have not once seen a GLMC Rally Master EVER check someone's pipes or fuel cell.
Oh yea and the IBR staff get's a free room at the beginning and end of the rally thank's to your hefty entry fee.
