Not sure if anyone has found this road before. Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, south rim. The road down to the dam, it's 16% grade for 5 miles with a ton of goat trail switch backs. Awesome view all the way to the bottom. I will post pics when we get home Sunday/Monday. I had to giggle and ask Jean "Do you think we found a road Jack hasn't been down?". Her response was "probably not".....lol. It's a must run road if your out this way.
I attached a S&T shot of it. I will post some pics when I get home. I have to sort almost 2000 pics we have taken!!!!

It helps to have a little mountain goat in you when running these roads.
Road Pikes Peak this morning and got a donut!!!!!!
Another fun road.
Heading back toward Iowa tomorrow.
I'll try to make a RR next week with some pics.
Thanks to everyone for their input on places to go out here. Not a bad road in Utah or Colorado!!!!!!!
