Yes they did, Never even came up. Nothing we found said the passenger had to be in them on the rally sheets so we continued with what we were doing. We figured if we were wrong we would be wrong all day . If we would not have come in 2 minutes too late we would have won it we were told. Oh well, either way we had a blast running all over the state for our first one.
