Those little dogs have a lot of spirit! I'll have to send a link to my son. He had a Corgi for a few years. As often happens with kids, he lost some interest as the dog grew, and she became more of a family dog. She was good company, following me around the house, garage, woodshop, outside.
Unfortunately, she ruptured TWO ligaments in both back legs when she was about two, had surgery, but was never able to be as active as before. No Corgi flops. Sadly, earlier this year she became anemic, and faced with unknown costs just to diagnose, we had to make the heart-wrenching decision to put her down. Hard to lose a friend who's never let you down.
Hope you keep your Corgi in the family for a long time!
