      pull the upholstery off of it, remove a few inches of foam from the bottom of the foam pad, put same foam back on, put same upholstery back on, pull the vinyl tighter underneath it and the stock upholstery shoudl go right back on there even. Then lose the fairing, go with a simple windshield if she wants it. that'll drop about 40 lbs off of the bike right there. Maybe slide the fork tubes up a tiny bit for her also.
      A LOT of fun for the buck there.

      Jus run normal gear lube in the rear housing, and be sure to run actual motorcycle oil in the engine/tranny, not car oil. Not HD oil either since thats formulated for roller bearings and no clutch.
