      My '08 XB12STT had the ability (OEM program) to clear fuel from the combustion chamber with a flooded engine or fouled spark plug.

      If I rememebr corretly - open the throttle to wide open, kill switch on RUN then turn the ignition switch ON. (DO NOT hit the start button) This will fire the spark plugs for a few seconds to burn any fuel left over in the combustion chamber. You may have to repeat a few times if it's really flooded or fouled bad. Turn the bike off , then try to start it.
