If by "gun smoke" you mean carbide - try Ray-vin or Karst Sports (both have web sites).

I have never bought carbide from any of the specialty places. I have found that my local welding supply store I can find carbide either free or really cheap. The welding supply store must make their own acetylene for this to be an option. They use huge chunks of carbide and always have crumbs laying around that are too small for them to use. If you can't get it free, you'll get it cheap. Good luck!
