Training Schedule

I've been away from shooting for a few months with other commitments but want to get up to
speed and improve as quickly as possible.

What training routines or schedules do the experienced among you recommend? What has worked well and what hasn't?

I'm certainly guilty of training the bits I like and ignoring the problems, which is the #1 change I'm making, plus dry firing more.
What else should I be doing?

dummy rounds

Rob Vadasz told me to live fire with dummy rounds so you can see if you are flinching. Seems like good advice to me!

Dry firing at home sighting on a blank wall will show you a lot of your error, I like to dry fire just before a match also to get used to the trigger and get the grip right.
