t206 sizes

does anybody out there know if the t206 cards were made different in size. i have seen some t206 cards that seem a little smaller than other t206 cards.if anybody knows, please reply, thank you,

i have several cards that were graded by all 3 BIG companies that were slabbed with different size cards. i currently have cards that measure short by up to 1/8 inch that are graded GAI as well as SGC and PSA. my guess and experience from getting cards back is that if there is no evidence of trimming or altering, then it's slabbed. i actually had 2 or 3 cards that measured more than the 2 5/8" that were slabbed (in the condom holder) and graded decently by PSA. hope that helps

There was a "standard" size for t206s - however there are recognized variances in the actual sizes of t206s due to imperfect cutting. In addition, American Beauty brand t206s were cut narrower than the other back variations to fit into the cig. packs.

the printers "missed" quite often in 1909-1911. Topps it wasn't. I've owned T220 cards that were 1/8" too tall.
