Do you know if Ty ever donated to the hospital that was named after him. I know that in his later years he made substantial charitable donations. So I guess he tried to give back to his community and wasn't all bad.

Peter, From my readings, Cobb was quite the philanthropist "whew", after he retired. He gave to the Hospital, the black community, youth groups etc. He was always very crafty financially. Reckon as he became elderly guilt set in?

"Their are no atheists in foxholes."
