what do you do

what do you do if you buy a graded card on ebay, and it shows up looking like someone beat it with a hammer. seller refuses to give refund

What looks like it was beat up - the case or the card? Do you have images from the auction and now that you can post?

If it's just the case but the card is okay, then you can send it back to SGC or PSA to get reholdered if the beat up case bothers you.

If it's the card, then I would take it up with PSA or SGC if you think they overgraded it. If the card in the holder has been switched, then I think it's the seller's responsibility and I would contact PayPal or eBay.
