I'm looking to contact dsk031. I purchased and paid, via PAYPAL, for two cards on EBAY on 6 April from this seller. I have not received the cards and have attempted two emails with no response. I'm hoping to make contact to determine if cards will in fact be sent to me. Here are the links to the two auctions.
Why can't you contact him through your ebay transactions with him? You should be able to get a phone number since you had dealings with him. If I were you though I wouldn't be too worried...looking at his feedback he has a low score for shipping time and I noticed that someone left him feedback today for an auction that ended the same day yours did.
My guess is you're fine. He doesn't have a single negative over the past year in 499 transactions, and when you check his feedback you see there's often a 3 week or more gap between the sale date and the customer leaving feedback. Indeed someone just left feedback for him today for an item which they won the same day you did. Sounds like he's just slow, which is aggravating, especially if he doesn't respond to e-mail, but definitely not a crook.
