modern wagner?

I didn't spend much on it (won it for just $20).

On eBay - it was listed as a 1940s - 1950s strip card.



Honestly it looks like a modern piece to me, made to look a little older.... but I only looked at it briefly.

Any opinions on it?





edit to say:
strikingly similar shot (but not exactly the same) to my avatar (Burke Stamp)

Its not a hocus focus.

It is a regular print (not one of those developed things).

Made from a printing press (or if it is a home made job - possibly from a xerox machine).

Check out eBay Item #260101860613

Yours looks like a different color than the one on eBay. The one on eBay was made in the mid-1970s.
