I'm trying to print my online invoice for SGC, but every time I hit the "Print & Complete Transaction" button, it just reloads the page (kind of like I forgot to fill in something).
I have filled in all the required blanks, have the right tier service checked, etc. The only thing I notice is below the box where I chose "Insured Mail" as my return shipping choice there is a box marked Account No (which I put a zero in). This is a required box. Is this causing the problem.
