Well, fulfillment of a lifelong dream is worth trading away for a profit of 900K apparently. If the card had a BIN I'd be all over it -- but I can't take a chance of being sniped, so I'll have to sit this one out.
edited title to be more specific

Go for it. With ebay's policy you will only get 1 Non Paying Bidder strike if you don't pay. You can't even get a negative....On the plus side he is offering free shipping....
"Above all, it must be noted that its "Jumbo" boundaries 1-7/16" x 2-11/16" serve, in a very real sense, as guardians of a NM/MT to MT card inside. Within such a lofty, but logical context, the piece's mild corner wear becomes a non-issue."
All you need is a razor and a steady hand to release the inner PSA 10. Somthing about that seems vaguely familiar. Hmmm... I am sure it will come to me.
Hi Ted,
Don't start any trouble this late.... I'm still working on my T206, 09, 10, and 11 post.... Not to mention the Coupons... You are killing me...
Howdy folks! John Rogers here. Thank you to everyone viewing my lovely Jumbo Wagner on Ebay. Do I think it will sell at this inflated price? Hell no. It does draw plenty of attention to our humble seller page of "lexibell". I threw up a Babe Ruth home run bat at an inflated price last month. The listing led to a group of newly discovered Yankees bats including a Ruth and a Gehrig. Maybe another Wag will flush out. Thanks again guys and gals for looking and good luck to you all. Merry Christmas
Well, all I can say is that now I'm motivated to start rooting around in my grandfather's attic and find that Wagner he told me left up there. I'll report back soon.
Eric->Mostly everything has been positive. I ran into some local negativity. One of the businesses my wife and I own are a large chain of childcare facilities. We're the largest childcare provider in the South. Just a week before the news hit, we raised our weekly rates on close to 1,000 working class families. The reason for the price hike was that it was time. It had been 4 years since the last rate hike. Some of the families felt the rate hike was tied into the Wag purchase. We also have a GM dealership. A lot of customers wanted a cheap deal on a car after that. Besides that, all positive. The news stories led to a phenomenal purchase in Michigan. As for the card being for sale....sure, anything is for sale. I probably won't reply again, bidding in Mastro. Thank you, John

Hey John. Loved the story in the AR Dem-Gazette about the Honus party. I was wondering how the guy bringing it home on the plane sat still with Wags in his pocket!!
Wonderful card easily one of the best looking examples out there IMO.
Still not sure that posting on eBay brings mega items out of the wood work and into your collection...I think that's a bit of a stretch but hey I could be wrong.
Cheers,
John
Nice to know when I'm in AK once a month on business that I'm flying over Mr. Wagner somewhere below.
