Legit Ruth Issue?

This card looks suspect to me, but I thought I would ask the experts here if it is part of any regular issue. Thanks in advance.

Fake. A few of these popped up on ebay last year.


edited to add: 1927 was in the middle of Prohibition. There were speakeasies, but would any establishment advertise as a bar if it was illegal to sell booze?
